Sisters From Canada: This is Another Book I Illustrated!

Image
I’m excited to share another book cover I illustrated with Jeff Martin — Sisters from Canada . This book highlights inspiring Black figures who played a vital role in shaping Canada’s history and identity. Working on this project was a meaningful experience, and I’m proud to have contributed artwork that helps bring these important stories to life.  Commission me!

How I Draw in 2003 - My Art Journey

Image
These drawings from 2003 were recently sent to me by friends who still own them. Honestly, I created so much art back then that I don’t even remember drawing some of these pieces. At that time, most of my works were in anime style. It was only after I met Kuya Bing Cansino, a Marvel/DC Comics artist, that I started studying proper anatomy. Today, my art style has become very diverse. I don’t commit to just one style — I can work in many different ways. Sometimes I think about developing a single, recognizable style, but to me, that doesn’t sound fun at all. I enjoy exploring art, and if that means changing styles often, then so be it.

Check out Our New Book! I Illustrated it!

I’m thrilled to share a new project I had the honor of illustrating — Brothers From Canada: Role Models in Canadian Black History by Jeff Martin. This book highlights inspiring Black figures who played an important role in shaping Canada’s history and identity. As an illustrator, it was a meaningful experience to bring these stories to life visually and contribute to a work that celebrates diversity, resilience, and leadership. The book is now available . if you’d like to grab a copy and learn more about the individuals who helped shape Canada into what it is today.

Elephant Fighter Line Art Logo Commission

Image
One of my recent projects was this Elephant Fighter line art illustration commissioned for a logo design. The client specifically asked for clean, bold lines that would translate well across different media. I enjoyed working on the concept and bringing the character to life while keeping the style simple and striking. If you're in need of custom artwork for branding or personal use, feel free to reach out. I'm always happy to collaborate on fun and creative projects!

Clean and Fierce: Cheetah Karate Logo Design for my Client

Image
One of my recent logo projects was for a client who envisioned a cheetah doing karate—clean, bold, and full of energy. He specifically wanted the lines to be crisp and the overall design to look professional yet dynamic. After finalizing the figure, we also took time to explore typography that best fits the character of the logo. The final result is a strong, agile visual identity that reflects his brand's personality. If you're looking for a custom logo or illustration that tells your story, feel free to message me. I'd love to help you bring your vision to life.
