Mukatman

Mel Casipit is a freelance artist also known as "Mukatman". His current comic strip, "Parekoys" is serialized in The Manila Bulletin every Sunday. Mel's independent comics, Baboy, Dogstyle and MLU won as Best Entry at Komikons Comics Creation Contest in 2008-2009. His Comics Mukat, Baboy and MLU also won as Best Grassroot on Komikon awards, 2011.

Mel works online with clients for Comics, Book Illustrations, Caricatures, Designs, murals, etc. He also edits videos for their Youtube channel, Indie Komiks Podcast where they conduct interviews and cover comics events.
